RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Store Credit Return Policy:
Firstly, thank you so much for your business. We truly hope you love your items as much as we do! In the event they don’t work for you we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer store credit for returns that meet the conditions outlined below.
• Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return.
Reduced, Sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for a return.
Process for Returning Items:
To initiate a return:
Please contact our customer service team at hi@ardirecollection.com within the return period. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions:
Upon approval of your return request, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Ship Your Return:
Please package your items securely and include the original invoice or order number.
For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $6.99, which will be deducted from your store credit once your return is processed. You are also welcome to use your own shipping method if preferred.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Receive Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification. Once approved, a store credit will be issued to your account.
Additional Info:
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time: Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return once it has been received.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and use your store credit to place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customercare@ardirecollection.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or issuing store credit.
